1. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
2. Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
3. Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
4. Bookkeeping and general accounting
5. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
6. Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment
7. Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
8. Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
9. Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations
10. Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data
11. Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips
