Asset cum Work Order Admin Job Description

Asset Admin Job Description :
1. Review all asset documentation
2. Update, upkeep, and generate all tagging asset in inventory and SharePoint
3. Track and identify current asset
4. Ensure the smooth execution of asset processes & operations follows SOP.
5. Responsible for company asset management.
6. Deliver and manage administrative processes, assist in the compilation and documentation of asset policies and procedures.
7. Ensure the Asset records are kept up to date and all necessary filing is made on a timely basis.
8. Produce and monitor regular asset reports and statistics on a monthly basis.
9. Raise and follow-up Asset purchase requisition to Purchasing department

Work Order Admin Job Description :
1. To handle and support the asset company inquiry regarding sub-company issues.
2. To raise work order and follow up work order status
3. To monitor work order summary and report
4. Raise work order for 3rd party vendor

Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
2. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
3. Required Skill Intermediate MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
4. Pleasant personality, good team player, strong planning and organizing skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
