Accounts & Admin:
Job Description:
• To assist Accounts department / purchasing department in daily routine job.
• Opportunity to learn full set of account such as prepare Invoices, inventory, prepare, petty cash, purchasing matters and others.
• Update purchase invoice and reconcile supplier invoices
• Assist in general filing, administrative and Inventory work.
• Opportunity to provide accounting & purchasing analysis and admin support to the Management.
• To perform general administration, clerical work and ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
• Assist in preparing payment vouchers, debit notes, credit notes etc

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in Accounting or any related field.
• Experienced in Microsoft Words, Excel.
• Internship Duration: minimal of 3 months up to 6 months.

Assistant Production Supervisor:
Job Requirement:
• To execute daily/weekly production activities refer to the given working schedule.
• To help coordinate and resolve matters with consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Support the team in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the civil and structural works.
• To review structural drawings (Understand the drawings)
• To carry out inspection for work done by sub-contractors at site as well as maintaining such records. (Documentation)
• To carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.

Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related course.
• Self discipline, teamwork and high commitment to the job.
