STARLUX Airlines is a full-service airline from Taiwan and we are aiming to expand our service world-wide. Currently we are looking for Specialist for Cargo to join us in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Responsibilities

· Build up and maintain relationship with customers in the local market.

· Performs cargo reservation duties.

· Conduct training/audit programs in line with Company policies.

· Coordinate with relevant internal/external parties.

· Handle daily cargo sales and irregularities.

· Be responsible for export/import airline operation.

· ULD and accessories stock control and management. Review and analyze station operation costs.

· Assist with station’s general affairs and administration duties.

· Achieve Company goals and collaborate seamlessly with team.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Have excellent multitasking and communication skills.

· Be able to work under stress and keep calm when emergencies and unexpected situations occur.

· Be meticulous and attentive to details.

· Can react quickly and solve difficult problems.

· Be able to work independently and in a team environment.

· Can work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends and days off.

· Be flexible to work additional hours on short notice when operationally required.

· Be able to travel to other work locations or cities as necessary to support operations.

· Possess the legal right to work in Malaysia.

Preferred

· Experience in local market and air cargo sales.

· Cargo export/import operation experience.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Own car and driving license: Competent Driving License (CDL).

Education

· Possess a bachelor's degree and above or equivalent.

Work Experience

· At least one year in Air Cargo industry, either Aviation or Freight Forwarder.

Language Requirements

· Capable of speaking the local official language.

· Good command of Mandarin and the local dialect is preferable.

· Proficient in English.
