Answers calls and walk-in queries regarding courses and programs, follow-up on enquiries
To plan and assist school’s Open Days, education fairs / exhibitions, student recruitment events etc
Liaise with schools on activities to boost student enrolment.
To ensure that all inquiries on social media are addressed promptly.
Ensure smooth registration process for student enrolment at all schools.
Carry out general admin duties e.g. writing letters, prepare enrolment letter, and assists in preparing course materials
Assist in searching for funding opportunities and grants at the local, state and federal levels.
Checking of content in all publicity materials (brochures, flyers, website pages etc.) and ensuring information is accurate and updated where necessary.
Assist in preparing for examination, both online and offline
Participate in events and education fairs.
Conducting research on professional and ongoing learning workshops and sharing these opportunities with management
Work with management and teachers to establish and uphold curriculum, school mission statement/culture and performance goals and standards.
Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by Management from time to time.
