Requirement :

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Science and Food Technology is prefered or related field.
Prefered with working experience in similar industries for at least 2-years
Communication skill, computer skills, strong knowledge in food ingredients, formula science, presentation skill and coordination skills
Candidate should have high sensitivity in food product evaluation and do not practice specific diet / food preferences.

Job Scope :

By reporting to New Product Development Manager,

Responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the application of new food products, includes collaborating with R & D Team to optimize formulations, engaging with customers to ensure sucesssful product implementation and conducting training and demonstration to showcase product benefits.

Key Tasks :

Conduct technical evaluation of new product applications
Provide on -site and remote technical support to customers
Collaborate with R& D on product development projects
Conduct and analyze product tests, providing feedback for improvement.
Document technical processes and create comprehensive reports.

Knowledge and skills :

Strong knowledge of food ingredients, formulation science and food processing techniquee.
Excellent problem solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communcation skills.
Ability to work effectuve both independently
Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop new applications

Other requirements :

Willingness to travel to production facilities, customer sites and industry confrerence as needed.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours during critical project phases.
