Responsible for compensation and benefit systems of the company including full payroll preparation and processes, ensure timely distribution of payroll and accurate payment make to employees.
Responsible for all HR related administration and HR activities such as Employee personal files, insurance, medical expenses and leave administration, annual dinner and team-building.
Responsible for recruitment and staffing needs including screening, shortlisting, interviewing and arrangement for pre-employment medical check-up.
Responsible for foreign workers registration, application, hostel and renewal of work permits.
Preparation of all HR related correspondence, which include appointment letters, promotion, confirmation letters, resignation letters and etc
To liaise with the statutory officer with regards to statutory matters.
To execute and compile Staff Performance Appraisal for management review and deliberation.
Identify and analyses of employees training, development. Ensure the evaluation of the effectiveness of training courses attended by employee is reviewed for feedback in accordance to GMP, HACCP and management system requirements.
Coordinate and arrange service provider to troubleshoot computing and IT issues in office and factory.
Maintaining and keep up to date IT assets and documentation.
Assist in office decorations, facilities repair and maintenance.
