Job description

Preparing report logbook and daily, weekly monthly data, production report and all necessary report.
Operating boiler, burner, deaerator, & softener.
Carry out routine chemical analysis of water and work around check according to check list.
Carry out any other related functions as directed by immediate supervisor/management.
Conduct/carry out troubleshooting operation/activity on designated problem machines and rectify such problem.
Assist maintenance team in other maintenance activities.
Accompany relevant authorities during official inspection of equipment.
Work with strict compliance to company rules and regulations.
Always maintain strict safety and housekeeping practice.
Perform any other job/function that may be assigned by Superior.
To communicate with clients in terms of steam production activity and exchange data to establish good relationship.
Sending reports through email, WhatsApp Etc.

Job Requirement

Candidates must possess at least SPM or SPMV or equivalent and a Grade 1 Boilerman certificate issued by DOSH. Diploma and Professional Certificate holders would be an advantage.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing/related field is required for this position and operation of boiler.
Has good communication skill, personality, and ethics.
Able to work in a team as well as individually.
