Your Mission…

Assisting Plant’s head and shift leader in planning the boiler operation schedule for the plant operation
To perform boiler operation and water softener management as per planning given by Plant’s head in accordance to Standard Operation Procedure Manual with the approval of Executives, Maintenance
To prepare raw materials and chemicals for boiler water treatment and cooling water treatment as per directed by Executive, Maintenance.
To assist Executive, Maintenance to monitor and maintain the Cooling Tower and steam piping systems (including steam traps and PRV) whenever required
Responsible for alerting Executives, Maintenance of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur at boiler, cooling tower and steam piping
To monitor the forklift activities including performing daily checking of the forklift
Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of Boiler House, cooling Tower and Chemical Store.
To monitor closely on the boiler operation, to record the processing data in the checklist for every unit operation’s during the production. This includes the breakdown details and any process discrepancies
To perform basic analysis as per needed by boiler process for the whole operations of boiler
To perform Preventive Maintenance for any machinery/equipment breakdown that relates to the boiler and cooling tower operation under the supervision of Head, Maintenance
To assist in stock take activities
To apply safety working procedure including the implementations of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in the work place at all time
To abide to any law/obligations / rules and regulations documented by the management and company
To ensure the continuing protection of the Company’s assets, both tangible (such as products, processes and services) and non-tangibles (such as trademarks, intellectual property, etc)
To perform any other duties as directed by the Superior, from time to time

Ideal Candidate …

Professional qualification (Boilerman grade ½ experience)
2 years of related working experience
Skilled in computer literacy (eg: SAP Plant Maintenance Skills)
