The Senior Manager, Accounting will lead implementation efforts for new policies and procedures, will partner with various business owners to improve upon existing business processes, and will oversee the project management of initiatives potentially impacting the accounting and finance functions. This position will be a key contributor to the monthly close process by reviewing account reconciliations, with particular focus on judgmental estimates and budget to actual and trend analyses. The Senior Manager, Accounting Operations will oversee the Company’s SOX compliance efforts, including third-party management testing functions and general coordination efforts with external auditors. Finally, this position will assist with technical accounting consultations via research on and analysis of complex accounting issues. This position reports to the VP and Corporate Controller and works closely with the Director of Technical Accounting and External Reporting, CFO, and various business department leaders.
