To perform bookkeeping, account receivables or account payables
Possess tax related knowledge and able to prepare tax computation
Work closely with the client, tax agent, auditors, company secretary or the authorities based on the direction of Management and Directors
Performs daily office administration and provide support to all personnel such as providing administrative support on billing and recording, coordinate on office filing and maintenance, facilitate information retention on various modes, monitor the upkeep & maintenance of office facilities and equipment etc
Compile and tabulate information on claims and facilitate its processing
Systematically perform filing of all documents, reports, proposals and working papers
Perform procurement planning on office suppliers
Assist managers and staff in engagement of administrative tasks
Facilitate coordination on logistics arrangements, where requited
Any other duties as assigned by superior
