Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a product or technology company.
Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures;
Strong Knowledge with HR standards and best practices.
Experience with HR metrics and policy guidance.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in English.
Proactivity, analytical, goal oriented, openness, self-education, business orientation, trustworthiness, empathy and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration specialists in the company;
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations;
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners;
Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance review process and expectations;
Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers;
Analyze the usage of the compensation and benefits system, HR metrics and develop action plans to improve them, and collect feedback.
