To assist in the preparation on material presentations and proposals to clients.
To carry out design and development activities
To ensure that design meets project / design brief and comply with statutory and regulatory requirement.
To report project progress on design development to Project Architect.
To coordinate tender procurement process which include calling tender, participate in tender interview and finalise award of contract.
To ensure that construction works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, project programme, procedures, method statements / work instructions, etc.
To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans.
To report project progress to Project Architect.
To implement all policies, activities and procedures as relevant and required by the quality management system.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
