Responsibilities:

Job Description:

To assist senior monitor daily sales bank in status with all branch
To assist senior generate all the bank in information inside system
To Dispatch, courier & received & distribute the week document between HQ and branch.
To assist senior to prepare monthly sales report, and complete the report by before deadline. Report including:
Monthly sales performance report, consignment report, promotion bearing & claim report.
Monthly bank in short / over report.
Voucher redemption report
Inventory report (Stock turn)
Master items listing
To assist senior run & generate all the membership code inside system to make sure the correct code allocated to correct branch.
To assist senior run & generate all the Voucher code inside system to make sure all the voucher code allocated to correct branch.
To assist senior complete the document transaction onto system such as Stock in acknowledge (Consignment), return note (consignment), stock conversion note (consignment).
To assist senior proceed the local purchase order.
To assist senior Compound and filing all the hardcopy document.

Requirement:

Interns who are studying Degree/ Diploma in Marketing / Business administration are welcome to apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English & CN (spoken and written).
Meticulous, Responsible & Willing to learn.
Teamwork skill, Communication skill.

· 在总部和分行之间发送、邮寄、接收和分发文件。

· 协助高层准备月季销售报告，并在截止日期前完成报告。报告内容包括：

§ 每月销售业绩报告、寄售报告、促销及索赔报告。

§ 每月银行短期/超额报告。

§ 优惠券兑换报告。

§ 库存报告（库存周转）

§ 主项目列表。

· 协助高层在系统内运行并生成所有会员代码，以确保正确的代码分配到正确的分行。

· 协助高层在系统内运行和生成所有优惠券代码，以确保所有优惠券代码分配到正确的分行。

· 协助高层在系统内完成交易文件，例如库存确认（寄售）、退货单（寄售）、库存转换单（寄售）等。

· 协助高层处理本地采购订单。

· 协助高层整合并归档所有的纸质文件。
