RMG - Risk Enterprise Architecture& Digital (READ) is a team of risk solution enablers who provide and implement risk system architecture and digital solutions across RMG Group so as to support timely, consistent and accurate production and reporting of risk data and analytics.

Product Architecture and integration - Partner with our RMG stakeholders and Technology partners in driving system changes and digital initiatives within the Enterprise Risk Platform by working out functional designs and architecting integrated solutions based on the business objectives.
Product Planning - Partner with RMG stakeholders in product evolution planning with clear communication and goals by taking into consideration business needs and Enterprise Risk Platform objectives
Product Development - Through adoption of AGILE methods, we deliver products with our stakeholder through established product backlogs management processes with an end-to-end view, encompassing business requirements (i.e user stories), business analysis, functional design clarification with our technology partners and User Acceptance through thorough testing, leading to product implementation.

About the Role
The Data Analyst /Data Translator plays a key role in building the data ecosystem and driving analytical requirements to support Operation s in our journey transformation & process improvements . He/she will closely collaborate with key stakeholders within and outside of Operation s to drive the agenda of data optimized decisioning for end users in achieving the business goals & outcomes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate and support Key Functional Stakeholders within Operation s to understand business/servicing opportunities, proactively identify meaningful data insights and devise the right analytics products and recommendations.
Gather, understand, document user requirements , and propose achievable analytics solutions .
Assess and quantify business impact proposed analytics solution.
Conduct data profiling, analysis and metadata-driven ingestion of structured and unstructured data, adhering to data governance standards.
Plan and oversee the design, development, and implementation of the data analytics needs through analytical reports and solutions.
As a squad lead - coordinate tasks, ensure deadlines are met, provide support and guidance to squad members, and serve as a liaison between the team and higher management.
Design , develop and deploy end to end analytics solutions for operational improvement and risk mitigation.
Create and maintain visualization Dashboards ( Qlikview /Tableau) to empower users with self-service analytical capabilities, embedding good UX design into data visualization tools to enable intuitive sharing of data.
Work with subject matter experts (i.e. Functional leads within/outside of Process Automation Pillar ) and data science leads to bridge business needs and development of data solutions.
Work effectively with platform and technical partners for successful delivery of analytics needs and deliver business impact to the organization.
Work within our in-house data platform; continuously build on our database by assessing data from different sources to provide deeper analysis.
Execute and deliver assigned projects that support pillars of Operation's focus areas and transformational journeys.
Ensure robust documentation of data processes, standards, best practices and guidelines for the BI team.
Drive a business intelligence roadmap, prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs.
Work with Senior Management to develop analytical strategies, present analyses and recommendations in strategic reviews to stakeholders and senior leaders using data-driven storytelling to drive improvements in the business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Profile
Strong Communication to bring consensus on requirement.
Strong functional knowledge of financial product & regulatory reporting
Knowledge on the MIFID2/SFTR/EMIR / any APAC transaction regulatory reporting principles is desirable.
Experience of capital market processes, e.g. Pricing, Sales/Trader workflow, etc
Exposure to microservcies based architecture, Kibana, Collibra is a plus
Strong problem solving skills with ability to think out of box.
Excellent communications and proven documentation capabilities.
Skilled in Data analysis using database queries (Sql/Oracle/Sybase),TSQL
A knowledge of FPML & XML/XSLT/XPath would be an added advantage
