As the Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the firm's business development and marketing efforts. You will work closely with partners, lawyers, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance the firm's brand, acquire new clients, and expand existing client relationships. Your expertise in pitches and proposals, events/meetings/conferences management, team leadership, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in achieving departmental objectives and driving the firm's overall growth.
From a more strategic point of view, the Manager will proactively generate leads and seek potential pitch opportunities through leveraging market intelligence. This process requires familiarity with internal and external database. As the key point of contact for pitch enquiries, the Manager will be acting as a project manager who ensures on time and high quality deliveries, as well as providing guidance and reviews on need basis.

Across the Asia offices, the Senior Manager is a strategic advisor and implementer for the firm's business development and marketing endeavors. Working alongside the lawyers, the Senior Manager co-owns business objectives in coming a preferred partners in all of its multiple practice areas, winning new businesses, and deepening relationships with existing clients.In a relatively flat team structure, the Senior Manager will perform business development and marketing tasks according to plans set out set out by the BD team and the fee earners. The Senior Manager will participate in the end-to-end process from business planning, target setting, content deliveries, submissions and events.The firm expects continuity in the operation of the BD team which covers pitches & proposals, as well as publicity contents such as website blogs, social media posts, eDMs, and media releases.
