As the Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the firm's business development and marketing efforts. You will work closely with partners, lawyers, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance the firm's brand, acquire new clients, and expand existing client relationships. Your expertise in pitches and proposals, events/meetings/conferences management, team leadership, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in achieving departmental objectives and driving the firm's overall growth.

From a more strategic point of view, the Manager will proactively generate leads and seek potential pitch opportunities through leveraging market intelligence.
