Job Descriptions:-

1) Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

2) De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.

3) Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies.

4) Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.

5) Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items.

6) Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.

7) Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.

Job Requirements:-

1) Education: Diploma/Degree or any equivalent

2) Experience working in call center with a minimum of 2 years.

3) Online service consultations experience such as customer business consultation, fault reporting, complaints and suggestions.

4) Responsible for customer care and satisfaction follow-up surveys, collect relevant opinions and suggestions, and monitor service quality.

5) Have excellent service capabilities, be able to provide users with high-quality business support services, and improve customer satisfaction.

6) Have good language communication skills and understand basic computer operations.

7) It is required to have a high sense of service, strong learning ability, and be able to stay up late and work night shifts.

8) Training will be provided.

9) Shift work is required and able to work night shift.

10) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
