Basic Function/Responsibilities:

· Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets or phone

· Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution

· Remote to user Computer to resolve the issue

· Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk

Required Experience:

· Windows 7, Outlook 2010/ 2013, Office 2013

· Active Directory reset password and basic knowledge Exchange 2007

· Experience with McAfee desktop security products Trend Micro antivirus

· PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals,

· Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN

· File server knowledge

· Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills

· Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users

· 1 years+ experience working in IT infrastructure environment

· Willing to work in shift environment (9am-12am) and weekend/PH

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
