Installation Manager. Engr (M&E, MRT PROJECTS - CCTV)

Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, coordination and managing installation activities for metro rail projects

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in mechanical/electrical engg

Experience: min 5 years in installation or maintenance field, CCTV

Experience in the railway industries will be an added advantage

Independent and self-motivated with good initiative and communication skills and team player

Able to travel overseas when required

Engineer Job

Overall responsible for leading a team of Assistant Engineers and Subcontractors in the execution of installation of large-scale transportation projects undertaken by the Company.

Installation Design

CSD/SEM co-ordination included review & comments.

CIP co-ordination with Civil Contractors.

Attend site co-ordination meeting / site inspection etc.

Supervision of site installation works.

Responsible for day-today operation in manpower, logistics & site progress monitoring .

Prepare weekly rolling program, progress report & logging of delay claim etc.

Manage key suppliers and sub-contractors.

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical/ ITC or equivalent

Min 2 years working experience in site supervision and coordination works preferably in the MRT environment.

Senior Engineer (M&E)

Monitor and supervise sub-contractors' work based on shop drawings, method statements, and samples.
Liaise with authorities, sub-contractors, and clients on drawings and materials.
Review and align ACMV design drawings for compliance.
Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions.
Manage and execute projects within deadlines.
Attend meetings to address issues and provide progress updates.
Study and review drawings for compliance.
Allocate work and ensure standards are met.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
More than 10 years of relevant experience for Senior position.
Preferably experience in ACMV system installation.
Knowledge of ACMV System, codes, standards, and software is advantageous.
Good working attitude and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary based on qualifications and experience.
