Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand part requirements.
Set up CNC machines including loading materials, fixtures, and tools.
Program CNC machines using CAM software or manual input, including toolpath creation and parameter setting.
Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as necessary to ensure proper operation.
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to optimize performance and quality.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production managers to optimize manufacturing processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Document production activities, including machine settings, tool changes, and inspection results.
Salary range: RM2.5k++ (Negotiable based on skills & experience)
Working hours: (Monday – Thursday: 8.00 am – 6.30 pm Friday: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm)
