Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
Proven experience as a Construction Project/Site Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Strong project management skills, including prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and meeting deadlines.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various construction sites as needed.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and optionally Mandarin.
Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
