Job Scope:

1. Manage the full spectrum of Service Marketing activities for all brands under the company with the main objective to improve service revenue, branding and customer satisfaction.

2. Responsible to develop, execute and monitor Service Agreement for customers in providing the Company with recurring income from the agreement.

Key Accountability:

1. To plan and develop marketing program through consultation with internal departments and external parties.

2. Responsible to coordinate and execute the programs and evaluate its effectiveness.

3. Provide report to the Management in the marketing program outcome; propose intervention to enhance the effectiveness.

4. Propose annual budget for the marketing activities and monitor the budget spending to optimize the outcome.

5. To support the Service Management team, for any ad-hoc or planned activities in improving the after sales business revenue.

6. Develop and proposed the Service Agreement for all brand under the Company, taking consideration on a pricing strategy that optimize the profits and addressing customer satisfaction.

7. Promote and execute the Service Agreement to existing and future customer, coordinate with Sales Department and other relevant departments in achieving the targeted recurring income.

8. Provide relevant information with regards to Service Agreement to assist the Management decision making process whenever required.

9. Submit report in timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Automotive Engineering and Business or equivalent;

2. Minimum 4—5 years working experience in automotive workshop operations with sound technical knowledge;

3. Well verse in local guidelines and authority requirements for automotive work an added advantage;

4. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
