Job Requirements :-

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on leading and managing contract teams.
Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and risk management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining attention to details.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in contract management practices.

Job Descriptions :-

Develop and implement contract management strategies and processes to ensure efficient and effective contract administration.
Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements to protect the Company's interests and minimize risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, operations, procurement, safety and finance, to ensure seamless contract execution.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring that all parties adhere to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
Identify and address potential contract disputes or issues, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
Conduct regular contract reviews and renewals to ensure the company maintains favorable terms and conditions.
Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on contract management best practices and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's contracts.
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to contract management and risk mitigation.
If an Extension of Time is required from the client to lead the application process.
To support the procurement team in reviewing contract terms and conditions, ensuring fairness and clarity for all parties involved.
For any variation order claims, diligently prepare and submit them to the clients, maintaining open communication and proper documentation.
In case of insurance claims, to manage the process, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are provided to expedite the claim resolution.
Whenever the tendering team requires support, to assist with thoroughness and efficiency, contributing to a successful bidding process.
