Job Responsibilities

Coordinates, implements, maintains the company’s Document Control as per ISO related standards.
To control Documented information inclusive checking, revision control, change requests, document update, registration, and editing document formatting include correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination, numbering & etc for accuracy and compliance.
To assist Group Quality System Manager in generation of ISO procedures/ relevant ISO certification’s documented information.
Control confidentiality around sensitive information according to the structure level of documented information requirements.
Report for document control center tasks such as handling, scanning, verification, filing, labelling, compiling, storing, achieving and retain documented information status.
Able to enhance method for maintaining and managing documented information in accordance with the latest ISO related standards for deploy and ensure efficiency and compliance.
To assist in audits related activities and analyze related data information for identify the area of improvement initiatives.
Any ad hoc desk assigned by Management/ Superior.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Related Certificate for Document Control and Management and related ISO Auditors/ Degree in any field & etc.
At least 2 years relevant working experience in documentation control field.
5 to 10 years relevant in similar Construction Company for DCC accountability.
Familiarity with related ISO Standard requirements and knowledge of Electronic Document Management System is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Team & etc) and any other similar document management instruments.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational, analytical, time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team with work well under fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to travel when necessary.
