Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles, including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.
Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in preparation and data interpretation of management report, financial analysis, budgets and forecast.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, LHDN, customs, EPF, SOSCO and relevant authorities.
Manage company’s outlets staff payroll, HR and other administrative matters.
Keep track/Filing administrative task and assist in day to day operation
Perform administrative duties such as attending to meetings, upkeep of office, answering phone calls, facilitate dispatch and courier services
Assist in company purchasing plan.
Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time
