Job Description

Manage all marketplace customer service & operation support
Update correct information to listing pages
Ensure timely listing of new products to all marketplaces
Resolve marketplace issues in a timely manner with internal and external parties
Follow up with marketplace support teams to ensure sufficient stock levels, 100% fulfilment and on-time deliveries
Ensure healthy marketplace scores and ratings
Assist with liaising with Hosts and backend support during marketplace Lives
Handle marketplace giveaways
Manage customer service such as shipping and after sales service
Support preparation of weekly and monthly reports
Handle day-to-day office paperwork, administration work, refund requests and exchanges related to marketplaces
Work closely with Internal Departments to ensure accurate and up to date information is given to Customers
Liaise with Internal Fulfilment Teams to ensure orders and fulfilled accurately and within a timely manner
Liaise with Dispatch for pick ups as required
Manage and replenish packing material need for daily operations.
