Job Highlights:

Job Descriptions:

Delivering excellent customer service to customers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat & email;
Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners;
Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to company’s product.

Requirements:

Good English & Mandarin communication skills is compulsory (spoken & written).
Able to read & write in Traditional Mandarin.
Possessed and passed SPM with at least minimum credits for BM and Sejarah;.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply;
No experience needed, full training will be provided (1 month)

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
