Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Nursing or other medical related field Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Customer Service or in the Hospitality industry Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English Ability to work under pressure. Effective decision-making and problem solving skills. A good team player with good interpersonal skills; Adaptable to fast-paced working environment. Skilled in using Microsoft Office. Able to work 6 days a week
