Responding to Customers Inquiries: Addressing customers questions, concerns, and requests via various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, chat or in-person interactions.
Supervision: Oversee the customer service representatives' team. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the team members. Hiring and training new customer service team members.
Providing Products or Service Information: Continuously updating details about Qra's offerings, new features, benefits and promotions to the customers.
Analyzing Statistics: Analyze relevant statistics and compile accurate reports.
Resource Management: Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
Maintaining Customer Records: Keeping detailed and accurate records of customers interactions, inquiries, complaints and resolutions. This information is valuable for tracking trends and improving services.
Feedback Collection: Gather customers feedback taken by the customer service team members and relay this information to the management.
Offering Recommendations and Solutions: Listening to customers complaints, empathizing with their concerns, and working to find satisfactory resolutions. Providing customers with relevant information and suggesting additional products or services to enhance their experience.
