JOB DESCRIPTION

To deal with visitors’ requests in a courteous and professional manner following the company standards and procedures.
To participate in all administrative works such as answering telephone calls, replying to emails, filing, liaising with staff and assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Liaise with customers’ payments and billing processes.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications, Business Administrative or equivalent.
Required languages(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in this related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
