About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cyber Security Manager to play a critical role in shaping the security posture of our markets across Asia. You will be the trusted advisor and partner with knowledge and resources to implement robust cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities:

Driving Effective Security Practices:
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity KPIs specifically assigned.
- Translate business requirements into actionable cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide security advisory services initiatives within your domain of expertise.
- Facilitate risk reassessments to ensure continuous cybersecurity posture.
- Champion and drive global or regional security projects linked to your area of expertise.
- Manage and collaborate with stakeholders to effectively mitigate cybersecurity risks.
Technical Expertise:
- Lead the deployment of OT security projects (if applicable).
- Oversee tools and processes related to risk assessment and assurance (e.g., TAB, dPSQ, OneTrust) on a global or regional scale (if applicable).
- Possess deep knowledge of security aspects across various domains, including networking, application development, operations, incident response, third-party vendor management, and OT security.
- Have a strong understanding of cloud and SaaS configuration management and risk reduction, particularly for Azure and AWS environments.

Qualifications:

Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in information security with a proven track record of increasing responsibility.
- Experience managing and communicating with business partners at all levels, up to director level.
- Proven ability to translate technical security concepts into clear and understandable language for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in assessing cybersecurity risks associated with projects, vendors, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of information security management principles, technologies, architecture, and audit processes.
Highly Desired:
- Experience in budget and resource planning for security projects and programs.
- Background in cloud architecture and engineering, including experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
- Law enforcement or corporate investigations experience (beneficial).
- Experience with IT or security audits and regulations (beneficial).
