Responsibilities:
1. According to product needs, design the overall art style, interaction design, interface structure, operation process, etc. of the product.
2. Responsible for the design and production of various interactive interfaces, icons, LOGOs, buttons and other related elements in the project.
3. Able to actively communicate with developers to promote the final implementation of interface and interaction design.
4. Responsible for the art design, creative work and production of websites, apps and software interfaces.
5. Propose novel and highly attractive creative designs based on the user groups of various related software.
6. Optimize the page to make user operations more humane.
7. Maintain existing application products.

Requirements:
1. Proficient in photoshop, illustrator, and graphic design software.
2. Preferred those who are familiar with desktop UI design, web and mobile designers, and can independently complete the entire UI style design. Priority will be given to those who have completed a complete UI project.
3. Have excellent UI design skills, accurate in details and process specifications, have illustration skills, hand-drawing skills, and motion design skills are preferred.
4. Have high initiative, excellent learning and exploration abilities, and be able to communicate and interact well with developers.
5. Work carefully and meticulously, strive for excellence, and have good professional qualities, communication skills, and teamwork skills.

2.负责项目中各种交互界面、图标、LOGO、按钮等相关元素的设计与制作。
3.能积极与开发沟通，推进界面及交互设计的最终实现。
4.负责网站、app及软件界面的美术设计、创意工作和制作工作。
5.根据各种相关软件的用户群，提出构思新颖、有高度吸引力的创意设计。
6.对页面进行优化，使用户操作更趋于人性化。
7.维护现有的应用产品。
任职要求：
1.熟练掌握photoshop、illustrator、图形设计软件。
2.熟悉桌面端UI设计、网页端和移动端设计者优先，能够独立完成整套UI的风格设计，有过完整UI项目者优先。
3.有优秀的UI设计水平，在细节，流程规范方面准确到位，有插画能力、有手绘功底，有动效设计能力更佳。
4.主动性高，具备优秀的学习和探索能力、能与开发很好的沟通交互实现。
5.做事认真细致，精益求精，具备良好的职业素质、沟通交流技巧、团队协作能力。
