Digital Marketing

Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluates emerging technologies.
Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Marketing Communication

Collaborates with sales or inter-company marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
Gather the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area, such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, including social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
Presents design ideas and recommendations to the marketing manager, committee, or sales team.
Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
Schedules and develops filming scripts and production.
Evaluate the success of campaigns when completed.
Plan and carry out promotional and consumer events and all marketing activities
Manage, brief, and execute all product launching and communication materials with the Agency appointed.

Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills:

Ability to construct and develop a detailed proposal plan.
Presentation skills
Self-motivated and highly sensitive to consumer/market needs and trends.
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
