Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
Familiarity with project management
Think logically and have good communication and coordination skills
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
Be proactive in work, have good execution ability, and be conscientious and meticulous
Proficient typing and editing skills
Data organization skills
Attention to detail
Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin translation & documentation.
Willing to be based in Project Site Office (Bertam, Penang)
