Receive and process incoming stock and materials, pick and fill orders from stock, organize and retrieve stock in warehouse.
Ensure effective and efficient inventory management - integrity and accuracy of stock inventory, stock checks every month end for closing.
Arrange and allocate storage area for all items / products transferred to the warehouse.
Coordinate and communicate with other departments internally and externally, to solve problems related to logistic activities and stock to be delivered.
Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries.
Communicate with drivers to ensure trucks are properly loaded.
To assist in monitoring the stock movement and performance as and when required.
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Stock Executive / Head of Department.
