Carry out all duties of a BO Chargeman as specified under the Electrical Act and Regulation (Suruhanjaya Tenega) e.g. switching.
Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption of the development as well as initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.
Attend to all power and machine failure/short/trip and rectify accordingly.
Responsible for managing power supply and energy saving for the organization.
To ensure building electrical is maintained effectively and complies with energy commission requirements.
