Job Responsibilities

Deputize Engineering Manager across any functions as required including the Shop Floor Management (SFM) meetings, Management Meetings, Customer Review, OEM discussion, Request for Quotation (RFQ) review, etc ...

· Drive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problems

· Set and establish various manufacturing standards and KPI annually. Identify the gaps and formulate actions to close the gaps. Work with Operation to buy-in new standards/KPI for TCR and review with Resource Planning & Finance

· Ensure data quality of Basic IE database - Standards for Labor, Material Usage Factor, Operation Cycle Time, UPH, OEE ...
