JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in identifying potential sites for telecommunications infrastructure based on strategic planning and coverage requirements.
Conduct preliminary site evaluations, including zoning research, environmental assessments, and feasibility studies.
Support the preparation of site candidate packages and presentations for internal review and client approval.
Assist in contacting and negotiating with property owners, landlords, and other stakeholders to secure lease agreements.
Support the preparation and review of lease documents, amendments, and agreements.
Coordinate with property owners and landlords to address concerns and ensure compliance with lease terms.
Research local zoning codes, regulations, and permitting requirements relevant to site acquisition.
Assist in preparing and submitting zoning applications, variance requests, and other regulatory documents.
Coordinate with local government agencies and officials to facilitate the permitting process.
Support the Site Acquisition team in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site acquisition activities, including databases, project trackers, and status reports.
Assist in coordinating site visits, surveys, and meetings with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve issues.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project reviews to contribute ideas and insights.
Any task assigned by a superior or management.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must currently pursuing either a diploma/degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Min 3 months of internship.
Strong interest in site acquisition, telecommunications, and project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
