Responsibilities:

Support implementation of Human Resource strategies in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and Employee Relations for TPG in meeting for both business and people objectives.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness completion of payroll process, staff claims, incentive, overtime or any rewards payout to employees and update all allowances to the Time Management System and process interface with payroll paymaster.
Support the benefits administration and review which covers:

Group Insurance Administration – Group Term Life, Group Hospitalization & Surgical Scheme and Group Personal Accident ie renewal record maintenance, review billings for accuracy and claims.
Leave administration
EPF & SOCSO administration
Payslip / EA form

4. Assist to develop, implement and maintain Human Resource policies and procedures, strategies and guideline in line with Company business plan.

5. Organize, supervise and participate for the employee engagement activities and Company’s event.

6. Support, participate for the plant audit – safety, ISO & supplier audit and assist the Plant HRA Manager on the developing, implementing the relevant SOPs, ISO procedure and support GMP task assigned where applicable.

7.Assist and support Plant HRA Manager in formulating appropriate policies and procedures and ensuring compliance within the Company.

Requirement:

A Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in the area of human resource administration experience.
Basic knowledge of Malaysia labour law and related HR legislations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
