JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible to prepare documentation for admin department

2. Responsible to coordinate the office or departmental administrative tasks

3. Responsible to coordinate office's daily operations and company properties

4. Responsible to maintain and update stationery records

5. Responsible to monitor company utilities and fuel consumption

6. Responsible to handle staff claim

7. Any other duties that may be given by the Management from time to time

REQUIREMENT

1. Possess a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Administration/Business Management/Finance or equivalent

2. Strong command in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia

3. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Words application

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

5. Self-driven with leadership competencies, a good team player, problem solving with
analytical skills

6. Minimum 2 years of experience in related field

7. Must be willing to work in Kerteh
