Responsible for developing research and development or related matters in R&D Departments.
Perform and conduct testing on new raw materials to ensure its performance and stability.
Coordinate and liaise with Supplies in order to obtain further information. which might be helpful in research and development tasks and keep abreast with the latest trend of market demands.
To supply information to customers, government authorities, or internal departments regarding product development.
To support audit activities.
Troubleshooting of customer complaint and Rejected Product.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Quality, Production & Purchasing.
Ensure all R&D documentation and daily analysis records are updated maintained, and filed in accordingly.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior/HOD as and when required.
