- To perform daily food and beverage service tasking which include Banquet, Recreational Area : Swimming Pool, Games Room, Cinema, Lounge, Cinema, VIP, and F&B outlet / area.
- Delivering meals to Guest/Residents in the room according to menu ordered and operational schedule
Diploma In Hospitality Management or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years related working experience in F&B or healthcare field.
Food and Beverage service skill and food knowledge.
Lead the Restaurant Managers to review operations data and information to achieve the targeted improvement in performance.
Possess an in-depth understanding of the market so that competitive awareness is maintained by continuously monitoring the competition and then reacting accordingly to balance the business advantage.
Prepare daily reports for the tasks performed in restaurants and report every week to Operations Manager.
