Liaise with the events and catering teams to determine special requirements for large events, including menu changes and dietary restrictions.

Monitor the performance of the food and beverage team and conduct regular performance reviews.

Manage the food and beverage budget, forecast future budget requirements, and provide reports on expenditures and costs.

Ensure outlet has optimal staff, lead and develop them to achieve the expected work performance and productivity.
