Predictive Maintenance Technician (Facilities)Working Location: Kulim, KedahWorking Hours: Normal (5days/week)
The primary role of the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Technician will be to ensure high reliability of assets, minimizing downtime and maximizing production capabilities by applying condition-based maintenance techniques. The position requires a responsible, safety conscious, self-motivated individual to provide support to the JLL Site Engineering team through oversight of system trends and delays, using data analysis and assessment of equipment performance. This role plays a key part in monitoring asset health and performance and identifying failures before they could negatively impact operations and potentially our clients.
Working Hours: 12 hours shift (4 days work 2 days off)
The Shift Lead is responsible for driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective, and preventive activities) with a focus on system reliability, with the application of Best Practices and a wide range of engineering principles and practices.
