Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in Procurements functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The intern will work with the Finance teams, assisting in various tasks and projects to support the overall functioning of the organization.

LOCATION: BLOCK D PLAZA MONT KIARA, NO 2 JALAN MONT KIARA,50480 MONT KIARA,W.P KUALA LUMPUR.

INTERNSHIP ALLOWANCE : RM800/MONTH

MONDAY-FRIDAY

Key Responsibilities:

As an Intern, you will:

Managing emails and correspondence
Inputting data in spreadsheets and databases.
Managing and categorizing all information for easy reference.
Organizing and maintaining office files and documents.

Procurement Support:

Tracking deliveries.
Maintaining procurement records.
Creating and update databases in EXCEL (Purchase Order and etc..)

Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by FINANCE teams.

Qualifications:

Pursuing a diploma/degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Monday to Friday
