Manage financial operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
Oversee bi-monthly closing and year-end closing, and coordinate and assign duties as needed.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and report variances.
Supervise the accurate and timely preparation of periodic financial and regulatory reporting.
Meet all internal and external reporting requirements within set deadlines.
Manage/ establish compliance of internal control policies & procedures
Liaise with external auditors, company secretaries, banks and other regulatory bodies for all audit, tax, corporate and other license matters.
Interact actively with Head of Departments in providing Finance related advice.
Research and advice on technical financial and corporate issues for compliance.
Understand and advice on international and cross-country regulations and tax compliance.
Understand and assist in developing company wide strategy.
Work with CFO and Head of Departments on any ad-hoc business projects.
To take on ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
