Financial accounting and records

Responsible for the daily financial accounting of the company, including income, expenditure and cost.

To ensure that the company's business activities, current funds and property materials are truthfully and comprehensively recorded, reflected and supervised.

Prepare accounting vouchers, handle cash and bank receipt and payment, and be responsible for bank reconciliation and document review.

Tax and audit cooperation

Be subject to inspection and supervision by tax and audit departments to ensure timely and accurate provision of all required financial information.

Maintain good communication and coordination with tax, audit and other relevant parties to ensure the compliance of financial activities.

Shipping and customer relationship management

Assist in handling financial and accounting work related to shipping, including management of contracts and shipping documents.

Handle daily accounts payable and receivables with customers and suppliers, including invoice and contract issuance and maintenance.

Cooperate with banks and accounting firms to handle internal colleagues' expense settlement audit.

Export declaration and tax refund operation

Responsible for handling export declaration documents and tax refund procedures after shipment.

Ensure the accurate execution of relevant operational matters to support the company's international trade activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

13th month salary
