Ensure accounting close of Malaysia legal entities accurately and timely (per corporate deadlines) Prepare trial balances and analyze key accounts to identify unusual transactions Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliation Prepare corporate reporting (e.g. SEC reporting and analytics) following corporate deadlines Provide support and guidance to business partners on closing process, accounting treatment and internal control matters Responsible for local audit as well as internal audit Responsible for annual income tax return, as well as WHT Identify and drive process improvements across the finance function Ensure compliance of Coty accounting policies, US GAAP and local GAAP Ensure proper internal control are implemented Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
