Key Duties and Responsibilities

To manage the documentation and implementation of HACCP and Halal Control System in the food production process
To assist on the product Halal Certification and audit
To coordinate the food safety training for employees and ensure that proper food handling practices are followed.
To investigate and document any quality-related incidents or non-conformances
To assist in the internal and external audit
To assist Manager on daily ad-hoc tasks
To assist F&B Team whenever needed and requested

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food Science & Technology or equivalent
2 year experience in similar function, preferably from food manufacturing industry
Equipped with computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
Knowledge in areas of quality and food safety such as HACCP
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to respond to ad-hoc task swiftly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
