Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with guests. 4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, fostering teamwork and positive working relationships with colleagues. 5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel's operation schedule. 6. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays of food and beverages as needed.
